Beef and Lamb for Sale
Pre-Ordering Beef and Lamb:
If you are interested in specific cuts from beef or lamb, please let me know today or asap. In the morning, I will order a certain number of pounds of each cut, but to make sure i have enough of each, you need to let me know if you want anything specific and how much.
Here's the link to the "About Us" page, then you will see the links to the grass-finished beef and lamb in the gold sidebar to the right. Do not be concerned about the 'sold out' parts. Yes, i'm sold out now, but won't be in about a week. As always, orders are taken first come/first serve and the only way to be sure you get what you need is to let me know in advance and order early.
If you would like your meat shipped straightaway, i think the weather is going to be okay for that. I can ship on Monday or Tuesday (21st and 22nd of September. After that we'll be out of town until mid-October. There is a flat rate charge of $15 for up to 25 lbs of meat, but that is ground service which does not offer product protection against damage; even if Fedex messes it up. There are a few lambs booked in at King Processing for September 28th and October 21st. Let me know if you'd like one or more.

Out of Town:
I will be out of town from September 26 - October 13 (or so). (No deliveries to the Chillicothe, October 1 food coop)
